Brand Specialists
OVERVIEW | PXDM is recruiting Brand Specialist/Samplers to activate alcohol beverage brands at on- and off-premise accounts in the DC, Atlanta, Virginia (NoVa) and Baltimore markets; this part-time/ occasional starter position is ideal for candidates seeking to enter the alcohol beverage industry.
Responsibilities
Conduct brand education and consumer product sampling at retail locations.
Engage with customers to promote brand awareness and increase sales; meet and/or exceed sales KPIs.
Maintain a thorough understanding of the brand and its products.
Provide detailed feedback and reports on consumer interactions and sales performance.
Requirements
Reliable transportation.
Smart phone and access to a computer.
Fluent in English; bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
Strong communication and writing skills.
Ability to lift 25lbs.
Ideal Candidate
Marketing and/ or sales background.
Outgoing and approachable personality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passion for the alcohol beverage industry.
Operations / Logistics Coordinators
OVERVIEW | PXDM is recruiting organized, detail oriented Operations. Logistics Coordinators to transport, set and strike experiential/ brand special events; this part-time/ occasional role is perfect for candidates seeking to enter the events industry. Responsibilities include:
Driving transport vehicles and ensuring timely deliveries.
Ability to consistently lift over 50 lbs.
Organizing and tracking event inventory.
Cleaning and repairing event assets.
Using a smartphone or computer for communication and inventory management.
Requirements
Reliable transportation (SUV or pickup truck preferred).
Smartphone and computer access.
Ability to communicate and write in English (willing to accommodate English learners/ESOL; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus).
Ability to lift and carry over 50 lbs.
Events or construction background is a plus.
